This simple salad dressing only needs three ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together in a jar, screw lid on tight, and give it a good shake. This will last a week on your counter, longer if you keep it in the refrigerator. If you do store in fridge, remember to pull it out an hour or so before you will be needing to use it as the cold temperature will make it solidify because of the olive oil. Always shake well before using.
